Check your diary now for a first interview to fill out the Notice of Intended Marriage (NIM). This form must be filled in and lodged with me, as soon as possible: no later than one month and one day before the marriage is to take place.
This form can be posted if couples live out of the area and sent back to me within the required time frame. Also available, by download from the Births Deaths and Marriages site.

Now for the fun part, designing your ceremony. I have many samples of poems, readings, vows, ring ceremonys, etc., for you to choose from. Some couples wish to write their own vows or change the words slightly . . . whatever is right for you.
If you have children, I make every effort to include them in a meaningful way. Small or grown, we can make them feel a special part of the wedding.
I have a step by step plan for the creation of your personal ceremony: you will be pleasantly surprised how easy it can be.
We also need to set a date for our final meeting, usually two weeks before the wedding. At this time your legal paperwork will be completed, and we run through all the details of your ceremony. When you know what is expected you can be more relaxed and comfortable on the day.
If you have any more questions please don't hesitate to ask. I want your day to be happy relaxed and as stress free as possible.
